Nowadays, it is the families Euthymiou and Sentona that are guarding the island’s culinary tradition, serving the original flavours of Rhodian cuisine to all visitors. The fertile land of our village, Apollona, offers the gift of fresh ingredients. We take special care in creating unique flavours, which bring our childhood memories back, days when our mother’s wood oven would spread its warm smell all over the neighbourhood.
